All materials are subject to strict internal inspections. We keep testing every batch raw material before production, make sure the surface and the physical & chemical properties comply the stanard after production.

High-purity aluminum hydroxide, resin and pigments are precisely weighed and poured into stainless-steel molds. Under powerful vacuum, all air bubbles are removed so the slab is fully compacted with no pinholes. Controlled curing keeps temperature and time perfectly stable, giving each solid surface sheet a flat, dense, non-porous structure that’s ready for heavy-duty fabrication.

After demolding, the solid surface slabs move to precision fabrication. CNC cutting keeps every sheet within tight size and thickness tolerances, while multi-stage sanding removes marks and levels the surface. Final water-polishing creates a smooth, non-porous finish that feels comfortable to touch and delivers nearly invisible seams after fabrication.

Every batch is inspected sheet by sheet under strong light. Our QC team checks surfaces for dust, impurities and pinholes, and compares each sheet with master samples to control color variation. Only panels that pass all checkpoints on appearance, thickness and flatness are labeled qualified and packed for shipment.

Each approved sheet is covered with a protective PE film to keep the surface clean during cutting and installation. Automatic inkjet coding records model, batch and production date for full traceability. Finally, the slabs are packed with corner protection and export-worthy wooden pallets, ensuring they arrive at your warehouse flat, undamaged and ready for fabrication.

Packed pallets are loaded into containers with forklift and blocking frames to keep every stack stable in transit. Each crate is clearly labeled with color, size and batch number for easy checking on arrival. We work with long-term shipping partners and provide full export documents, helping you receive solid surface sheets safely, on schedule and ready to go straight into your projects.

MOQ: 30pcs/per color. Full-container orders (colors/thicknesses can be mixed by ratio). An order for a 20-foot container is usually delivered from the factory within 15–20 days.
